An Edwardian 4 Star Guest House refurbished to modern standards whilst preserving its remaining original features and is located in a quiet tree lined avenue only 5 minutes from Southbourne’s Blue Flag beach, with Boscombe Pier a 15 minute walk away to the Bournemouth Surf Reef, which will be operational from November 2008.
